Fundraiser for the Ylê Asé de Yansa
Our president, Sheldon Williams, is going to Sao Paulo, Brazil in a week to physically help the Ylê Asé de Yansa rebuild their community building which as caved in and flooded. They are in need of supplies to help them build another building where they can teach and heal their tribe.
The Ylê Asé de Yansa have been greatly affected by COVID-19 and with schools not in session, the children of their community cannot learn, because they do not have access to computers. EDFU Foundation aims to give them at least 2 laptops in order to help them access information and continue their education. We will also use some of the money to help the Ylê Asé de Yansa purchase necessary items for them to rebuild their community center.
EDFU Foundation and the working group met with the state department this Friday October 15th. Negotiations continue to be ironed out and financial discussions are constantly being worked on. If you are able to help or would like to be involved please email us: email@example.com. The location of the event has not yet been decided and we continue to work with all parties involved to build upon this momentum and provide the most resources possible.

Don't forget about our Hygiene Fundraiser for the holidays! We are trying to raise $3,000 to be able to provide our community with soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other hygiene products we cannot normally give throughout the year. Every little bit counts! Please, donate via our GoFundMe campaign or directly on our website to help!
